Priority Personnel is now hiring an Office Clerk for a company located in Converse, TX. Under general supervision, is responsible for maintaining files, filing, log books, verification of employment for current/former employees.
Pay rate: $15.25/hour
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-5pm
– Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.

– Repetitive tasks position
– Ensures compliance with current Department of Transportation, and State rules and regulations.
– Maintains calendars, schedules activities, meetings and various events.
– Coordinates commercial motor vehicle DOT Drug test, Alcohol Test and Physicals with Medical Clinics
– Organize and maintain filing systems; maintains records related to specific area of assignment
– Completes Verification of current and past employment for Drivers
– Maintains Log Books for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers
– Assist department with filing, copies, organizing, audits
