We have partnered with a Georgetown KY Packaging facility to hire for an Account Manager Position.
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30a-4:30p
As an account manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Will be assigned specific customer accounts and manage those accounts by fulfilling customer and warehouse needs.
- Work very closely with the Sales Force and other departments to meet & exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor existing warehouse levels on all warehouse items to identify increases / decreases in customer demand, working closely with shipping and inventory departments.
- Working closely with Sales, Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping and Design teams
- Responsible for entering warehouse replenishment orders in accordance with set warehouse levels.
- Responds to customer , sales and management inquiries in a timely and accurate basis.
- Prepares quotes, correspondence and reports as required.
- Resolves customer issues daily in a fast paced work environment.
- Continuously improves customer service and sales support activities
- Works with accounts receivable on all pricing and invoicing problems
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Must comply with substance abuse policy
- Must have 2-5 years prior experience in industry field or related industry
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be Highly organized
- Temp to hire based on performance and attendance
