Hamilton-Ryker is seeking Forklift Operators in the Mt. Juliet, TN area off of 840.
Shift: 2ND, Monday thru Friday
Hours: 3:00 pm -11:30 pm
Pay: $20.00 an hour.
Incentive: Can earn an additional $2.00 per hour on all hours worked outside of training if they meet quality and productivity targets without any safety infractions or absences. Quality and productivity targets increase each of the 3 months and must be met within the weekly period.
What you’ll do:
- Work in a warehouse or factory environment operating a forklift, Cherry Picker, or Reach Truck. Loading and unloading equipment.
- Load, unload, and move the product while safely operating a forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, or reach truck.
- Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped
Manually break down and separate incoming shipments.

What we Need:
- Must be 18 or older
- One-year forklift and/or cherry picker experience required
- Must be able to operate an electronic scanner.
- Must pass quality assessment, verbally described math questions and some of the pictured ones.
